Appointment Policy
We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We acknowledge that unexpected circumstances may prevent attendance and appreciate your cooperation.
Financial & Insurance Overview
We emphasize affordable, quality care. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered.
Payment Methods
Financing Options
We provide both in-house and third-party CareCredit financing to enable patients to spread payments over time.
Insurance Handling
We are committed to helping patients use their benefits. While estimates are provided in good faith, we cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Patient-estimated portions are due at the time of service.
We bill insurers and allow 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, the full balance becomes the patient's responsibility.
